RULES:

One entry per school. Photos must be student made.

May be individual or group project. Photos may be either black and white or color, or a combination of both. Any size photo is acceptable.

Photos must be mounted on only ONE sheet of poster board (22" by 26").

minimum number of photos, 10; Maximum, 20.

The photos may concern any subject, but they MUST be accompanied by a narrative story in GERMAN.

The story must be written on the poster board next to or under each of the pictures. The entry will be disqualified if the name of the person(s), the school, and the city are not on the back of the photo essay.

Criteria For Judging:

1. German: all explanations written in German. (0-20 pts)

2. Narrative: captions tell a cohesive story. (0-20 pts)

3. Quality: the photos are sharp and creative. (0-20 pts)

4. Presentation: photos are mounted professionally and creatively. (0-20 pts)

5. Overall effect: the design and story are original and clever? (0-20 pts)
