FOR COORDINATORS ON SPRACHFEST DAY

Arrive by 7:45 am. in the HSS 2.01.12
Turn on your cell phones.
***Pass auf Coordinator
and all Pass Auf Callers should meet by 7:45 am in room HSS 3 03 06 to get packets
and get started by 8:30.
WHAT
ALL OTHER COORDINATORS ARE TO DO
Be in the central
meeting room HSS 2.01.12 by
7:45 am
1) Give out the packets to the judges in each category. Check off the judges as they show up. Circle judges who don’t show up. Later you will be able to put in extra judges if necessary.
Tables will be set up for each category with the judges’ packets at the table. Please be there by 7:30 a.m.if possible.
Bring your Judges’ Sheet, so you have the names of the judges. I will have updates. Chris may have updates,too.
2) At about 8:30 or whenever all your packets have been handed out, go to all your rooms to be sure the rooms are open and that all your judges are doing their jobs. Contact Kimberly or Jennifer if anything is wrong.
3) Check your rooms and judges throughout the judging time to be sure everything is okay.
4) Make sure no judges leave early and that all judges who began judging, continue judging.
5) If there are problems with entries or other things, please be there to answer questions from the judges and keep things moving smoothly.
6) Extra copies of critique sheets may be found in the Tab room(HSS 2 01 06) or in Dr. Wickham's office. Remember: you have a a cell phone for emergency contact.

you finish checking on everyone come to the Tab or Score Room to help out (except
for Pass Auf and Written Testing folks)
