REGISTRATION RULES (EXPLANATION)

  1. Enclose a typed list of all entries, alpha order. Next to each name, enter the name and level of contest entered. Click here to get the Alpha Form. You can copy it and paste it on an email.
  2. Fill in this form. Send the alpha list with your registration fee
  3. No registration fees will be refunded for any reason.
  4. Fill in the number of entries you are entering in each category in the check lists on this form. ONLY INCLUDE THOSE ACTUALLY ATTENDING. Read the rules  to see how many may be entered in each category.
