Cell Phone numbers will emailed out. WE will need to have our cell phones on all day. 1) Give out the packets to the judges in each category. Check off the judges as they show up. Circle judges who don’t show up. Later you will then be able to put in extra judges if necessary. Tables will be set up for each category with the judges’ packets at the table and with UT students to help give them out. Please be there about 7:45. Bring your Judges’ Sheet, so you have the names of the judges. I will have updates. 2) At about 8:30 or whenever all your packets have been handed out, go to all your rooms to be sure the rooms are open and that all your judges are doing their jobs. There should be at least two judges in each room. 3) Check your rooms and judges throughout the judging time to be sure everything is okay. 4) Make sure no judges leave early and that all judges who began judging, continue judging. Make sure they know where to bring the results. Impress upon them to be as timely and as kind to the children as possible. RAS 213 5) If there are problems with entries or other things, please be there to answer questions from the judges and keep things moving smoothly. Contact Mary El-Beheri or one of the UT sponsors immediately if there is a problem. 6)
Extra copies of critique sheets may be found in the Tab room or in Dr.
Belgum's Office. Remember: you will have our cell phone numbers. 8) Please let me know as soon as you have checked the judging situation. We have some built in extra judges, but not many.
